General Information
Onsite registration will be offered for Friday and Saturday classes. Seating is limited. A $25 late fee will be added to the total registration fee for onsite registration. Meals cannot be guaranteed for onsite registrants. OOTA will accept checks, VISA or Mastercard. Receipts will be emailed following conference. No cash, please.
Handouts
The OOTA Conference will be paperless. You may request handouts for the
classes you select following the conference by emailing webmaster@oota.org.
Registrants are expected to observe copyright notices and refrain from
providing copies of the handouts to persons who did not register for the
classes. Be sure the email address you provide is accurate. Some speakers
may opt to bring their own handouts to their courses, and onsite registrants
will need to request them directly from the speakers.
Hotel
The Holiday Inn Cleveland South is located at 6001 Rockside Road, Independence,
Ohio 44131.
Room
Temperatures
OOTA cannot control the temperature in the Holiday Inn. Please bring a
sweater or jacket with you.
Meals
The number
of lunches available to onsite registrants is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Special dietary needs cannot be accommodated for onsite registrants.
Exhibitor
Reception
A cash bar reception will be held in the Exhibit Area Friday evening from
5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
MVP
Awards
Because of catering deadlines, we will not be able to accommodate onsite
registrants.
Posters
Professional and Student Posters will be on display both days. CEUs will
be granted for poster visits within guidelines to be provided in the handbook.
