OOTA Speaker Bureau

OOTA is compiling a database of speakers who are willing to share their knowledge, experience, expertise and research with their fellow practitioners at district meetings, district midyear workshops
and the annual conference.

The form is hosted on Acrobat.com. It will take a few moments to load. You will then be asked to download the form it to your computer where you can fill it in. The form is safe to download, and will not expose your computer to viruses.

When you have filled in the form, click "submit" in the upper right corner of the page. Your information will be transmitted to OOTA, Inc., where it will be reviewed by OOTA Vice-President Joe Wells and made available to district chairs and the conference program committee chair.

Speakers do not have to be members of OOTA to participate.
