Biography

Linda Ankerman an OSU graduate began practicing as an OTR at Hillside in 1988 working with TBI's and young adults. In 1991 Linda turned her attention to pediatrics at the then Todd's Children's Hospital. Linda continued to grow and develop in the Pediatric arena and since 2004 has worked in the Public Schools serving in 4 counties.

Kathy Swoboda started her career in 1999 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and had the honor to have her first job working under the direction of Linda Ankerman at the Greenbriar. In 2003 Kathy return to school to pursue her BS in Occupational Therapy and in 2006 graduated from Penn State with her OTR. Prior to her graduation, Kathy began teaching in the OTA program at Kent on a part-time basis while working in the Columbiana County Schools and by 2008 she became the full-time instructor in the program. Kathy completed her Masters in Liberal Studies in 2011and is also SIPT certified. Kathy is currently perusing a post-masters certification in Autism Intervention. Kathy continues to remain active in pediatrics by serving Potential Development School for Autism.
