FAQs

Question: Will there be precautions in place for in-person attendees?
Answer: Given the current COVID pandemic, the following precautions are anticipated to be in place at the time of conference for in-person attendees. Please note these may change as conditions change.
  • Masks will be required.  
  • Social distancing measures will be in place, with limited in-person seating capacities in each room and increased spacing provided at the town hall/lunch session.  
  • Hilton uses the “CleanStay” program to maintain proper sanitization of surfaces throughout the site  

 

Question: How many continuing education contact hours can I earn from conference?

Answer: You can earn up to 13.75 total contact hours from either the in-person OR virtual conference options. (If you attend a pre-conference session, up to 16.75.)


Question: What are the options for On Demand sessions?
Answer: On Demand sessions will be available starting September 24th to ALL conference registrants (In-Person and Virtual) and will remain available through October 15th. These sessions will include content related to NBCOT, AOTF, pediatric feeding, and poster presentations from Ohio occupational therapy researchers. Up to 7.0 contact hours will be available for registrants who complete all on demand courses.

Question: I paid for a pre-conference session in Step 1. How do I register for my pre-conference session in Step 2?
Answer: Pre-conference session selection will display as an add-on option at the end of your selection process in the expo pass registration site. See screenshot below:

Question: I only see options for sessions on Friday in Step 2. Where are the Saturday sessions?
Answer: If you have selected the Virtual Option for Conference then you will not have options to select sessions on Saturday since those sessions are pre-determined for the Livestream. If you have selected the In-Person Option for Conference, you will need to select the drop down box to get to Saturday options. See below:
