Missy Anthony serves as the Executive Director of the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers (OTPTAT) Board, where she oversees the licensing and regulation of more than 36,000 healthcare professionals across the state. In this role, she manages the board’s administrative operations, enforces compliance and continuing education standards, and implements key legislative changes like interstate licensure compacts to support workforce mobility. With extensive experience in state regulatory affairs and public policy, Anthony works closely with board members and practitioners to ensure high standards of public safety and professional practice in occupational therapy, physical therapy, athletic training, and orthotics/prosthetics.
