Takes initiative in problem-solving, program development, or improving service delivery. Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a collaborative spirit. Contributes positively to workplace culture and interprofessional relationships.

Eligibility

Nominee must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) practicing in Ohio. Must be a current member of OOTA. Must have three years or less of professional practice at the time of nomination. One award will be presented each year.
