At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Distinguish between burn out, secondary trauma and compassion fatigue
2. Identify areas of compassion fatigue that need addressed in personal and professional life
3. Identify a minimum of three areas of focus to implement self-treatment strategies
4. Create a personal resiliency plan to ameliorate and/or prevent symptoms of compassion fatigue
